穆迪分析公司的数据显示，今年一季度，美国商业地产价格出现自2011年以来首次下跌，凸显出银行业面临更多财务压力风险。数据显示，商业地产价格在一季度下跌不到1%，主要是受到多户住宅和办公楼价格下跌的拖累。
